The pair’s success marks a return to the top step after Robinson’s overall victory in the 2025 Finke Desert Race, establishing him as the defending champion heading into this year’s competition.
The 2026 Finke Desert Race, marking the event’s 50th anniversary, ran from June 5 to 8 in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, attracting more than 800 competitors across multiple categories including cars, buggies, trophy trucks, and bikes.
