Morgan Wallen canceled the second of his two Pittsburgh concerts scheduled for Saturday at Acrisure Stadium due to severe weather expected throughout the day and night. According to an Instagram post, Wallen made the decision after consulting with local officials and his team, prioritizing the safety of fans and crew.
Wallen successfully performed his first show on Friday night as part of his Still The Problem Tour at Acrisure Stadium, which featured WWE legend Kurt Angle joining him on stage. The second concert was scheduled for Saturday evening, but forecasters warned of strong to severe storms moving through Pittsburgh between 4 and 6 p.m., with the biggest threats being heavy winds and hail.
Refunds for the canceled show are available at point of purchase. Saturday marks a KDKA First Alert Weather Day, with meteorologists noting that an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out as storms develop across the Pittsburgh area.
