The Isle of Man TT traces its heritage back to 1907, when road racing was outlawed in England and racers sought refuge on the island. The course winds through country lanes and city streets, leaving virtually no margin for error as competitors approach 200 mph. The race has claimed more than 150 lives since 1903, including five deaths in 2022 alone.
Beyond Tatum and Hewson, the cast includes Ciarán Hinds, May Calamawy, Ruaridh Mollica, and Éanna Hardwicke. The broader production deal with Amazon MGM Studios also encompasses the behind-the-scenes docuseries “The Greatest Race on Earth,” which was shot during the 2024 Isle of Man TT.
