Theresa Randle faces restraining order petition from ex-boyfriend

Theresa Randle faces a restraining order petition from her ex-boyfriend Dario Pallini, who claims the actress broke into his home and engaged in increasingly erratic behavior over the past month.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Pallini filed the petition alleging that on June 1, he returned home to find the 61-year-old actress sitting in his closet with his dog while smoking crack cocaine. He claims she told him she believed he was in jail and became agitated when he asked her to leave.

Pallini says that when he threatened to call police, Randle threw a can of vegetables that struck him in the head. Officers responded and removed her from the property. The filing also references an earlier incident on May 18, when Pallini claims he woke to find her in his apartment, where she allegedly threatened to shoot him and swung a metal pole from his medical bed, striking him in the shoulder.

A judge granted Pallini a temporary restraining order, with a hearing scheduled for June 23. Pallini’s filing concludes by stating that Randle “is addicted to drugs and needs help,” a claim that has not been independently verified. Randle has not publicly responded to the allegations.

The actress, known for roles in the Bad Boys franchise, Malcolm X, and Beverly Hills Cop III, was arrested in March 2026 on suspicion of felony corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, though that case was later dropped due to insufficient evidence. She was also arrested in October 2024 on assault charges, which prosecutors declined to pursue.
