Each location spans over 100,000 square feet of immersive space, reimagining former retail areas into destination entertainment venues. Netflix CMO Marian Lee states that fans can finally step inside the worlds they love on screen, creating unforgettable memories beyond the screen.

Stranger Things Face the Dark Experience Takes Over Dallas

In Dallas, the signature Stranger Things: Face the Dark experience drops guests into Hawkins, Indiana with headsets and flashlights. Teams search and rescue missing citizens while navigating iconic locations and confronting Vecna himself in this multi-sensory, participatory adventure lasting approximately one hour.

The experience features live performers, iconic sets, cinematic audio, and special effects that mirror the intensity of the TV series. Children under 14 must be accompanied by adults. Squid Game: Survive the Trials also operates in Dallas, allowing guests to enter the Front Man’s arena and play diabolical games from the show, including exclusive games from Season 3.

Experience Location Duration Price Starting At
Stranger Things: Face the Dark Dallas 1 hour $39
Squid Game: Survive the Trials Dallas 1 hour $39
Wednesday: Eve of the Outcasts Philadelphia 1 hour $39
ONE PIECE: Quest for the Devil Fruit Philadelphia 1 hour $39

“Finally, a place where the Netflix story you can’t get enough of becomes something real that you can play, shop, and taste. This is fandom coming to life, where you can actually step inside the worlds you’ve been watching and loving for years.”

Philadelphia Celebrates Wednesday and Anime Adventures

Netflix House Philadelphia features entirely different attractions, celebrating Wednesday Addams and anime favorites. Wednesday: Eve of the Outcasts transforms a school carnival into a twisted macabre festival with games, quests, and horrifying surprises throughout Nevermore Academy.

ONE PIECE: Quest for the Devil Fruit splits guests into two identical teams navigating seven rooms based on the live-action series. Players solve challenging puzzles searching for a mysterious artifact, culminating in a shared postshow area with photo opportunities. The venue also features Netflix Virtuals VR experiences based on Stranger Things, Squid Game, and Rebel Moon, plus Top 9 mini-golf with nine holes inspired by fan-favorite shows.

What Makes Netflix House a Must-Visit Destination?

Beyond experiences, both venues offer Netflix Bites restaurant with elevated comfort food and craft cocktails inspired by popular shows. A dedicated Netflix Shop sells exclusive merchandise, including location-specific items like NetPHLix-branded apparel in Philadelphia. RePlay arcade in Dallas features 21 games based on shows like KPop Demon Hunters, Bridgerton, and Love Is Blind.

Operating hours span 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Entry is completely free, making it accessible for casual fans or dedicated enthusiasts planning all-day adventures. The venues accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and offer cash-to-card kiosks for convenience.

Will Netflix House Expand Beyond Philadelphia and Dallas?

Netflix has already announced a third location opening in 2027 at BLVD Las Vegas on the famous Strip. The company promises regular content updates throughout each year, meaning experiences will refresh seasonally and keep returning visitors engaged. With fresh experiences dropping regularly, Netflix House positions itself as a destination fans should revisit multiple times.

This expansion represents Netflix’s unique strategy of bringing streaming content into physical spaces where fans become main characters in beloved stories. Combined with restaurant dining, arcade games, and exclusive shopping, Netflix House bridges entertainment worlds in ways previously impossible.
