The Banff New Media Institute (BNMI) is inviting new media practitioners and researchers working at the masters, doctorate or post-doctorate level to gather at BNMI for its first co-production residency program. Individuals and small groups who are working with art and new media as a research strategy are invited to explore the broader social contexts of technology and digital culture.
Participants will be supported to pursue self-directed research and to develop their research with a peer group of ten participants. Support and mentorship will be available from BNMI alumni and peer advisors.
Residency: June 24, 2007 - July 21, 2007
Application deadline: April 9, 2007
