The fine folks at EdLab – a think space at Columbia University for the creative potential of technologies, communication and education – have announced their Digital Art Residency program for 2010. EdLab wants you to come to their studios this Summer and get creative with technology, data, art and media and they want to pay you $2,500 to do it.
Residency period is July 5 to August 13.
From the website: “We invite artists with experience and interest in data synthesis through imaginative visualizations. Successful EDAR applicants will have experience with tools and technologies for collecting and displaying data, programming tools for displaying data, and examples of related previous work.”
