I'm in the U.S. and I write on an environmental blog and do a podcast... I contacted the film makers about seeing the film in advance to generate buzz and they gave me a firm NO. That makes no sense to me, given the subject matter and the fact that time should not be wasted in dealing with climte change any further. So-- I won't be able to see this movie until sometime this summer. I could be promoting it for them all this time but now I won't. My biggest challenge in what I do is to get people to even talk about climate change, to get them to even see it as a threat, which most people don't seem to do. But they told me no. So I have to wait and wait and meanwhile, I can't figure out why they don't show it to bloggers and podcasters who could give them huge publicity. If anyone knows of a way I could only just see it sooner than my allotted time frame, please let me know. admin at futurismnow dot com. Even Michael Moore told people to download and distribute his movies. He just wanted them OUT there. I'm disappointed in these filmmakers. I wasn't asking anyone to distribute the movie, just see it so I could publicize it for them. Honestly, the trailer is a mess and I think it's confusing.

I'll never understand why filmmakers don't let a handful of grassroots screenings "go" before they do their official roll-out. Especially a film that needs the grassroots support of environmentalists and climate change activists to help carry it to a wider public. Thanks for the review, I hope that Cinema Politica ends up screening it anyway!!
